1. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for:

2. User Roles

a. Customers

• May browse, place orders, make payments, and track deliveries.

• Must provide accurate delivery information.

• Agree to pay all applicable charges.

b. Sellers

• Are responsible for product listings, prices, inventory, and fulfillment readiness.

• Must comply with local laws, product safety, and quality standards.

• Must fulfill orders in a timely manner and ensure accurate dispatch details.

c. POS Users

• Can manage physical store transactions through our system.

• Are responsible for accurate entry of sales and inventory data.

d. Delivery Agents

• Must deliver orders promptly and securely.

• Must share real-time location when on duty.

• Are responsible for handling goods with care and respecting customer privacy.

3. Order Processing & Delivery

• Orders are processed based on product availability and seller confirmation.

• Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.

• We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect information or third-party issues.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.

• Refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

• Fraudulent or chargeback behavior may result in account suspension.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

• Post or upload false, misleading, or offensive content.

• Interfere with the platform’s functionality, servers, or networks.

• Collect data from other users without consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (logos, design, software, etc.) is owned by BuyForMe.pk or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without permission.
