At BuyForMe.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for products purchased through our platform.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return if the product:

  • Is damaged, defective, or broken upon delivery.

  • Is significantly different from its listing description.

  • Has expired or is past its best-before date.

  • Is incorrect (wrong item or quantity received).

Return requests must be made within [3–7 days] of delivery, depending on the product category.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food, dairy, frozen products)

  • Personal care items (e.g., undergarments, hygiene products)

  • Digital goods and services

  • Items marked “non-returnable” in the product listing


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Log in to your Customer App or website account.

  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the relevant order.

  3. Click “Request Return” and provide a reason with photos (if applicable).

  4. Our support team will review your request and coordinate with the Seller.

  5. If approved, a Delivery Agent will be assigned to collect the item.

Note: Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and with all accessories included.


4. Refund Process

After successful return pickup and approval:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (card, bank transfer, wallet) within [7–14 business days].

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be transferred to your BuyForMe.pk wallet or via bank transfer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once the refund is processed.


5. Replacements

In some cases, instead of a refund, customers may request a replacement of the same product. This is subject to:

  • Stock availability with the original Seller

  • Approval from our support team


6. Seller Responsibilities

  • Sellers are expected to honor approved return and refund requests.

  • Repeated product quality or fulfillment issues may lead to seller account review, fines, or suspension.


7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate delivery address and contact details.

  • Do not misuse the return process (e.g., returning used or altered products).

  • Keep return pickup appointments or you may forfeit your eligibility.


8. Delivery-Related Damages

If a product is damaged during delivery:

  • Contact support immediately through the app or at support@buyforme.pk.

  • Provide clear photos and order details.

  • We will coordinate with the Delivery Agent and Seller to resolve the issue.
